6/5 starts. Excellent food quality and service. Cesar even gave us a special latte with vanilla and hazelnut. Go there if you are lookging for Mexican flavors in a Hispanic ambience.

This new spot is the BEST! Everything we ate, we loved. The pancakes & the pastries are crafted beautifully. My favorite was the passionfruit one! But the service is what make you keep coming back. Don’t want to miss this spot in Harlem

The appearance and how busy the place wad immediately drew us in. Once we walked in we were immediately greeted and seated. The music sets the ambiance, the cafe is absolutely beautiful, and the servers are so attentive. The chilaquiles are phenomenal, made fresh with their own masa recipe, banana-walnut pancakes were sooo good and the steak and eggs were spot on with the steak being so juicy and tender. As a Barista manager myself, I found the coffee to be absolutely delicious with beautiful art. Go in and see for yourself, you absolutely will not regret it!

I went to Harlem today and had an absolutely great experience here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the coffee is truly exceptional. They’re serving some delicious beans from Chiapas, and you can really taste the quality and care in every sip. I ordered a cortado, and as an ex-barista, I can confidently say it was spot-on. Perfect balance, smooth texture, and expertly prepared. It’s rare to find a shop that nails the small details, but this place definitely does. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! Also, they are roasting their coffee and you can bring home some delicious coffee beans

Hands down my favorite local spot! The service here is always amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The owner and his wife treat you like family the moment you walk in, and the rest of the staff are just as incredible. There’s one worker, Yamel, who always goes above and beyond, and honestly, all the staff have become like friends. We literally call each other “friend” because that’s the kind of vibe this place gives warm, real, and full of heart. The coffee is always fresh and original, and the espresso? So rich and bold!!! Easily THE BEST AROUND . And the food? The steak is cooked to absolute perfection every time. You can feel the care in every dish and cup. If you’re looking for great food, amazing coffee, and even better people this is the place!

A+ cute cafe. Was just in the neighborhood with my son on way to the soccer store. Fantastic place with a really delicious Cortado and scrumptious breakfast burrito. The service was great And kind. I hope to be back soon.

Found this coffee spot on a random trip but love love the coffee. Must admit, the coffee is strong even when its filled with ice. The hot drinks and cold drinks are worth it. The customer service is friendly and they're always pleasant. The only improvement I would have to say is the quality of their pastries. The breakfast items are a little pricey but their quality of coffee is worth it in addition to the location. Very little seating outside.

Indomable coffee is simple amazing. I must say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had in New York. You feel at home; the hosts are wonderful, the atmosphere is warm, and the music is fantastic. But the food… it’s the kind that can’t be explained—its flavors transport you in a beautiful way. Everything is absolutely delicious. SUPER RECOMENDADO 20/10
